Governing the use of Tetakazan's engineering services, industrial hydraulic system designs, and fluid distribution network projects.
Tetakazan provides engineering design, compliance auditing, and optimization services for industrial hydraulic systems and fluid distribution networks. Deliverables include technical drawings, CFD analysis reports, CEPA compliance documentation, and on-site commissioning support. All work is governed by the specific scope defined in each project agreement.
The client must provide accurate site data, operational parameters, and access to existing infrastructure. Any delay or omission in providing this information may affect project timelines and costs. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for system modifications or installations.
All designs and audits are conducted in accordance with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), CSA B51, and applicable provincial regulations. Tetakazan does not guarantee that third-party modifications or operational changes made after project completion will maintain compliance.
Tetakazan's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that specific project. In no event shall Tetakazan be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including production losses or environmental remediation costs, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the effective date. Tetakazan retains the right to withhold deliverables until outstanding invoices are settled.
Tetakazan may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on tetakazan.com. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For legal inquiries, contact info@tetakazan.com.
